Portti työelämään 2025: Haastattelusimulaattori (30 min)

Tervetuloa haastamaan itsesi ja harjoittelemaan työhaastattelussa suoriutumistaitojasi käytännössä Portti työelämään -tapahtuman aikana TAMKin pääkampuksella! Varaamasi aika on henkilökohtainen: tilanteessa ovat mukana ainoastaan sinä ja haastattelija. 

Haastattelusimulaattorissa osallistut harjoituksena toimivaan työhaastatteluun. Haastattelija kysyy sinulta muutaman yleisen haastattelukysymyksen, ja vastaat ja toimit, kuin olisit aidossa työhaastattelutilanteessa. Haastattelun jälkeen sinulla on mahdollisuus saada palautetta harjoituksesta ja vinkkejä jatkoon. Haastattelusimulaattori on harjoitus, mutta voi tuntua jännittävältä oikean työhaastattelun tapaan. Tällä kertaa haastattelusimulaatioita on varattavissa jokaiselle Portti työelämään -tapahtuman päivälle, olipa alasi tai opintojesi vaihe mikä tahansa. 

Varaa ilmoittautuessasi 30 minuutin henkilökohtainen haastattelusimulaatio Portti työelämään -tapahtuman ajalle seuraavista vaihtoehdoista viimeistään haastattelua edeltävänä päivänä:

• ma 20.1. klo 12.00-14.00 (6 avointa aikaa)
• ti 21.1. klo 12:00-14:00 (6 avointa aikaa) 
• ke 22.1. klo 10:00.12:00 (3 avointa aikaa)

Valitse itsellesi sopiva aika ja täytä tiedot haettavasta tehtävästä. Voit ilmoittautuessasi valita myös, haluatko tehdä haastattelun suomeksi, englanniksi vai molemmilla kielillä, jolloin kieltä vaihdetaan jossain vaiheessa haastattelua. Sinun ei tarvitse erityisesti valmistautua simulaatioon. Haastattelusimulaattori järjestetään TAMKin pääkampuksella C1-käytävällä. Saat tarkemmat ohjeet haastattelusimulaattorissa sähköpostitse kalenterikutsun ohessa, kun olet varannut itsellesi ajan. Nähdään haastattelussa!

Gateway to Working Life 2025: Interview simulator (30 min)

Welcome to challenge yourself and practice for job interview in interview simulator! The booked time is personal: only you and the interviewer are present. 

In interview simulator you'll take part in a mock job interview that lasts for about 15-20 minutes. The interviewer asks you a few usual job interview questions and you answer and act as you would in a real job interview. After the interview simulation you'll have an opportunity to receive feedback about the interview. Interview simulator is a practice that doesn't affect your studies or whether you get a job or not. However, the situation often feels like a real interview and you may feel nervous as if it was a real interview. This is perfectly normal and after one or a few practices you'll learn to deal with the nerves and prepare for the interview in a way that suits you. 

Each participant takes part in interview simulator one by one and only interviewer and participant will be present during each simulation. 

Register and book a suitable 30-minute personal interview simulation time slot within this timet:  

• Monday, Jan 20th at 12.00-14.00 (6 timeslots)
• Tuesday, Jan 21st at 12:00-14:00 (6 timeslots) 
• Wednesday, Jan 22nd at 10:00-12:00 (3 timeslots)

When booking the time, fill out the form. You can also choose in which language you want to have the interview: in Finnish, in English or in both languages (in which case we will switch the language in midst of the interview). You don't have to prepare for the simulation unless you want to. Interview simulator will be organized at TAMK main campus (C1). You will receive further instructions on the calendar invitation you receive on your Tuni-email after booking.

All TAMK students are welcome to take part in the Interview simulator!
